Loading, delivering and unloading refrigerated products to Baskin Robbins outlets.
Daily vehicle checks & monitoring truck temperature at all times. Inspect vehicle for mechanical and safety issues
Plan routes and meet delivery schedule to outlets
Comply with trucks driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and procedures
Collect and verify delivery instruction

Must possess valid lorry/truck driving license (Full E license)
Candidate must be physically fit and able to drive long hours and travel regularly
At least 1 year of proven work experience in the related field
Extensive knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations
No recent moving or driving violation

Ensure product quality of ice cream before cake making, and quality of end product (ice cream cake) as requested by outlet and other customized orders
Ensure all end products (ice cream cake) match to standard quality before delivery
Responsible for quality, design and stock of ice cream cakes at plant
Responsible to follow standard procedure of cake making all time
Organize and clean cake decorating area and freezer or cooler
Ensure all products follows same design and recipes
Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas
Provide In-House training for new joiner, as well coach existing employees

Hands-on training experience. Preferably possess knowledge in cake decorating.
Creative and artistic skills
Ability to motivate others to meet demands established by the schedule
Ability to work independently as well as within a large team
Ability to comply with workplace conduct standards
Good oral and written

Ability to work more than normal working hours when necessary
Holds a Diploma / Certificate in related field or its equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience in cake decorating.

Assist and help in the preparation and production of products by company specifications and instructions in the time frame
Treat and process raw materials and ingredients (ice creams)
Produce and apply pre-scoop ice creams under supervision of Storekeeper cum Ice Cream Cutter
Fill and maintain presentation stock
Provide services to meet a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage spoilage, turnovers and inventory of stocks and goods

Responsible for cleaning the equipment’s used in baking process
Responsible for organizing the products which are in the process of preparation for the cake decorator
Responsible for maintaining a neat and clean appearance, with respect to food hygiene
Ability to meet demands established by the schedule
Ability to comply with workplace conduct standards
Has a good understanding of product knowledge
Good oral and written
Ability to work more than normal working hours when necessary
Holds a Diploma / Certificate in related field or its equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in cake preparing / decorating
