Ice Cream

1.   May I know the sizes handpacked ice cream?
We offer handpacked ice cream in three sizes:
-Pint (350g)
-Quart (700g)
-Half-Gallon (1385g)

2.   I’m a vegetarian. May I know which of your flavors contain eggs?
Most of our flavors do not contain eggs except flavors containing cake bits, e.g. Tiramisu, Maui Brownie Madness, Strawberry Cheesecake, Lemon Mascarpone Cheesecake and Black Forest.

Halal certification

1.   Is Baskin-Robbins ice cream certified halal by JAKIM?
Our products are certified halal by the Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America (IFANCA), the authority in the USA which is equivalent to and recognized by JAKIM. The next time you visit any of our outlets, please feel free to ask our outlet managers to show you our IFANCA certificate.

Cash Vouchers

1.   Do you sell vouchers/gift cards/gift vouchers? How can I purchase them?
Yes, cash vouchers for available! We sell vouchers which reflect the retail price of the products. For example : the closet to RM50 would be the handpacked Quart voucher at RM48.80 each.
Our cash vouchers are available for purchase and collection from our head office in Mid Valley when you pre-order at least 3 days in advance. You can contact us at 03-22888831. Our office hours are 9am-6pm.

Touch ‘n Go Outlets

1.   Can u pay for my purchase with my Touch ‘n Go card?
Yes, several of our outlets accept Touch ‘n Go as a means of payment.

Cakes

1.   Can we order ice cream cakes online?
Apologies as we do not offer an online ordering service at this point in time.

2.   How many people can one cake feed?
We have cake in 6-inch and 9-inch sizes. 6 Inch cakes will serve 6-8 people while a 9-inch cake will serve 9-12 ,depending on portion size.

3.   How long can your ice cream cakes stay unrefrigerated?
The dry ice provided will be able to keep the cake chilled without refrigerated for up to 1 hour. You can buy extra dry ice for your cake, however we do not recommend leaving the cake out for 1 ½ hours or more.

4.   Can I pre-order a cake?
Apologies as we no longer accommodate pre-ordering, however you can make a walk in purchase at your preferred outlet.

5.   Can I get a customized cake?
While we no longer cater to cake design customization across all others. You can opt for the designs which are available at our outlets for walk-in purchase.
