(Outlet Manager)
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage store staffing levels to ensure partner development and talent acquisition to achieve and maintain store operational requirements.
Responsible for maintaining good and profitable Cost of Goods, labor cost and controlling product damages according to guidelines by Finance department.
Executes store operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift.
Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how to work together.
Conduct a ROR (Review of Operations Risks) on food safety, SOPs, product quality, and health risks to ensure compliance with required standards.

Holds a diploma in Hotel Management or its equivalent with 2 years of experience in operations management in F&B or food service industry.
