Ice Cream
May I know the sizes handpacked ice cream?
We offer handpacked ice cream in three sizes:
-Pint (12oz, estimated 350g)
-Quart (24oz, estimated 700g)
-Half-Gallon (48oz, estimated 1385g)
I’m a vegetarian. May I know which of your flavors contain eggs?
Most of our flavors do not contain eggs except flavors containing cake bits, e.g. Tiramisu, Maui Brownie Madness, Strawberry Cheesecake, Lemon Mascarpone Cheesecake and Black Forest.
Halal Certification
Is Baskin-Robbins ice cream certified halal by JAKIM?
Our products are certified halal by the Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America (IFANCA), the authority in the USA which is equivalent to and recognized by JAKIM. The next time you visit any of our outlets, please feel free to ask our outlet managers to show you our IFANCA certificate.

What are the payment options available?
- In-store purchase: Credit/Debit card, e-wallets.
- Online purchase (B-R App & Web): Credit/Debit card, e-wallets, Internet banking.
Cakes
Are ice cream cakes available for online ordering?
Yes! Ice cream cakes are available via B-R App/Web (up to 2 days pre-order). Just click on the “Order Online” button to start ordering!
What are the serving sizes for 6-inch and 9-inch cakes?
- 6-inch: Serves 6-8 pax.
- 9-inch: Serves 9-12 pax.
*Estimates are based on portion size.
How long can your ice cream cakes stay unrefrigerated in the packaging?
The dry ice provided will be able to keep the cake chilled for up to 1 hour. You can buy extra dry ice for your cake, however we do not recommend leaving the cake out for 1 ½ hours or more.
For cake storage, kindly ensure that the cake is placed inside the freezer, outside of the styrofoam box that comes with it.
Should cakes be stored in a freezer or chiller?
All B-R ice cream cakes should be stored in the freezer for best quality & flavor.
How long can I store my ice cream/cake in the freezer?
We recommend consuming it within 24 hours of purchase. As our products are freshly prepared, we do not recommend long storage as that will cause ice to build up which may compromise the taste of the ice cream.
Do you customize cakes?
Unfortunately, we do not have customized cakes as of now. But good news! We have a wide array of cake designs, suitable for any occasion! Just walk-in to any store or head to the B-R Malaysia App or “Order Online” button to discover more!
Baskin-Robbins Malaysia (B-R App) App & Web
I have difficulties receiving SMS with my one-time pin (OTP) during log in. What should I do?
The SMS may be in your spam folder.
Go to your phone SMS inbox > Find the spam & blocked folder > Find if the OTP SMS is in that folder.
If the above failed, you may have previously blocked the number our SMS gateway provider is using.
Go to your phone SMS settings > Unblock numbers that you have previously blocked > Request code at the log in page again.

I have wrongly put my birthdate upon registration. How should I change it?
Please reach out to our customer service hotline via Whatsapp (10AM-7PM) / or drop us an enquiry through "Contact Us" form. It is at Baskin-Robbins Malaysia discretion to change/update the birth date.
What can I do with the B-R app?
There are member-exclusive coupons for you to enjoy great deals! Furthermore, you can collect points upon your purchases to unlock more rewards! You can also place your order in our app for self-pickup later to skip the queue and waiting time!
Log in frequently to check out the latest coupon releases and promotional news!
What happens if I Opt Out?
Opting out will remove your account to be included in future marketing campaigns. If you wish to opt back in, you will need to reach out to our customer care via Whatsapp (10AM-7PM) 90 days after opting out.
B-R App Coupons
How many friends can I share my coupon with? Can I still use the coupon that I have shared?
The coupon is only for one-time redemption! Upon sharing, the coupon will disappear from your app, so you can no longer use it.
I have accidentally shared my coupon with my friends. Can I retrieve the coupon back?
Once a coupon is shared it cannot be reversed to the sender. For further enquiries, please reach out to our customer service hotline via Whatsapp (10AM-7PM) / or drop us an enquiry through "Contact Us" form.
I just realized that my coupon has expired. Can I ask for extension?
Unfortunately, the coupon has "melted". We are unable to extend the coupon's expiry date. However, keep logging in to check out new coupon releases!
This month is my birthday month. When will I receive my birthday coupon?
Your birthday coupon will appear on your actual birthday at the Coupons Section in the B-R App!
I cannot find the campaign coupons, what should I do?
Please ensure you are on the latest B-R Malaysia App, select "Coupon" to scroll thru all available coupons. If the campaign coupons are still not found, please reach out to our customer service hotline via Whatsapp (10AM-7PM) / or drop us an enquiry through "Contact Us" form.
Loyalty Points
Do I get points for discounted items?
Yes you get points for discounted items purchased in our app or at our stores, but only for the final amount after discount.
RM1 = 1 point; RM3.10 = 3 points
Can I earn points when I use a coupon?
Yes, if the coupon belongs to the member. Points are collected only for the final amount paid after the coupon is applied. You will not earn points for coupons with RM0 value.
Can I apply multiple coupons in a single transaction?
Yes, as long as all the coupons belong to the same member and the promotion item allows for multiple promotions to be stacked in the same transaction.
Do I get points for B-R purchases on other platforms?
Unfortunately, we are unable to grant points for all B-R purchases at our partners' platforms (GrabFood/ FoodPanda/ ShopeeFood/Lazada/ Shopee etc).
Our loyalty points are only available for purchases in B-R app, B-R web and B-R outlets at the moment!
If I forgot to show my QR code to collect points during my purchase at B-R outlets, can I claim back the points?
Unfortunately, we are unable to grant the points after. Please ensure you notify the staff prior to payment to scan your QR code to collect points.
Will my points expire?
Yes, after 12 months. If you earn your point on January 15, the point will expire on 1 February the following year.
The loyalty tier will be reset every start of the month. The points you have on Dec 31 every year will decide the new tier and the new set of coupons given to you on the next day (Jan 1).
As you earn more points after Jan 1, more coupons will be unlocked for the remaining of the month as long as your tier is maintained.
However, do check out our surprise coupon releases throughout the year. It may be given to all tiers, or only the higher tiers depending on the campaign!
Online Ordering, Pick Up at Store
How to check my favorite cake design or flavor availability at the outlet nearest from me?
Log in B-R mobile app > Click Online Order > Select your nearest outlet > Choose your preferred cake design and flavor
I have wrongly chosen the flavor for my order. Can I change it?
If the order has not been prepared, you can either call the outlet directly to change it. Alternatively, you may cancel the current order and place a new order from the mobile app. Please refer to the cancellation guidelines below.
How to cancel my order? What are the guidelines?
Please call the outlet or reach out to our customer care hotline via Whatsapp (10AM-7PM) to request for cancellation. Note that no cancellation request will be entertained after pickup.
You will see the order status changing to "cancellation in progress" when we start your order cancellation process. Please also expect our customer care team to reach out to you to process the refund.
The status will then change to "cancelled" after a successful cancellation. You shall expect your refund within 7-14 working days.
Points earned through the purchase will be reversed after the order cancellation.
How can I find the outlet phone number?
Go to Store Locator in our app (location pin button at the bottom left) > Search store name > Click into the store to find the phone number and other outlet details.
B-R outlet called to inform on the stock unavailability, what should I do?
Our outlet crew will either suggest a change of flavor if it does not change the final purchase amount.
Otherwise, we will have to cancel the order for you to place a new order. Our outlet will request for the order cancellation and our service team will be in touch to process your refund. You may reach out to our customer care hotline via Whatsapp (10AM-7PM) for more enquiries.
Can I place the cake / ice cream order to collect next week?
Our mobile app only allow customers to place order for collection from 30 minutes later to maximum 2 days in advance. This is to ensure the freshness and quality of our products.
Can I place order and get someone to collect on behalf?
Yes you can. You will need to provide the order details and dynamic QR code upon collection.
Can I collect my order later?
Yes you can if it's within the same day. Just come before our outlet's closing time to collect it.
If you are to collect it on the next day, please call our outlet to inform in advance. Failure to inform and collect within the day will result in the order getting discarded.
Can I collect my order earlier?
Yes you can if the products are prepared, please call our outlet directly to confirm.
Do you provide delivery?
Unfortunately, only self-pickup option is available at the moment for you to skip the queue or to reserve your favorite flavors or cake designs. You may check out our stores on Grab Food, Grab Mart, Foodpanda or Shopee Food to have your orders delivered
I have wrongly chosen the outlet for my order. Can I change the outlet?
You will need to cancel the current order and raise new order from the right outlet in our mobile app.
Please call the current outlet or reach out to our customer care team via Whatsapp (10AM-PM) to cancel your wrong order, and our customer care team will reach out to process your refund.
Please note that the product availability may vary by outlet. Please check the new outlet stock availability in the app and place a new order for a smoother experience.
Why is my favorite cake or flavor not available in mobile app?
The availability of cake designs or flavors depends on the outlet stock availability at the time of purchase. Also, some of our cake designs and flavors are on seasonal rotation. Please reach out to our customer care hotline via Whatsapp (10AM-7PM) to assist with finding your desired design or flavor.
I have received wrong flavor. How do I make complaint?
Please reach out to our customer service hotline via Whatsapp(10AM-7PM) / or drop us an enquiry through "Contact Us" form.
I have just placed an order from B-R app and money has been deducted. But I have yet to receive an order confirmation or order ID.
Please click the menu icon (3-lines) on the top left > Select "My Orders"

My account has received a wrong charge, what do I do?
